  Congratulations and cheers!
  Camera-ready submissions were successfully completed!
  To ensure our ICDL 2021 goes smoothly in a hybrid manner (mainly online), all accepted conference papers, journal track papers are strongly suggested to submit required materials according to instructions (see below) via following Materials submission tool no later than Aug. 10th 15th, 2021.

Materials submission

Please submit the zip/rar file contain all reqired materials below.
After succesfully submitted, the uploaded file can be downloaded to your PC, so you can double check it.

Required materials for each type of papers (oral and poster) are listed as following:

-- For oral presentation and journal track presentation,

  (1) an oral video about 10 minutes in .mp4 format,
  (2) a digest designed by yourself or based on Digest Template [a template link] in .ppt/.pptx or .pdf format.
  (3) an optional demo about your work, no longer than 1 minute in .mp4 format
  (4) a plain text file Readme in .txt format, which briefly describes above materials along with contact information of authors and willingness to make the video public.

In short: Oral video(10min .mp4) + Digest(1 slide ppt) + Readme(.txt) + Demo(1min .mp4, optional).

-- For poster presentation,

  (1) a poster exquisitely designed according to your paper in .ppt/.pptx or .pdf format. We recommend the size of the poster to be 90cm x 120cm.
  (2) a short video no longer than 3 minutes in .mp4 format,
  (3) a digest designed by yourself or based on Digest Template [a template link]in .ppt/.pptx or .pdf format.
  (4) an optional demo about your work, no longer than 1 minute in .mp4 format
  (5) a plain text file Readme in .txt format, which briefly describes above materials along with contact information of authors and willingness to make the video public.

In short: Poster + Short video (3min .mp4) + Digest (1 slide ppt) + Readme(.txt) + Demo(1min .mp4, optional).

-- Note:

  (1) All materials should be named with rule “ICDL21_[paper id/ Journal/ Competition]_[last name of first author]_ [oralVideo/postVideo/digest/poster/demo/readme/material].[suffix]”, For example, paper 80 with first author Alice Zhang should name Readme file as “ICDL21_80_Zhang_readme.txt”. For journal track and Competition the name of Readme file should be “ICDL21_Journal_Zhang_readme.txt” or “ICDL21_Competition_Zhang_readme.txt” .
  (2) All materials to be uploaded should be compressed into ONE file in .zip/.rar format.
For example, “ICDL21_80_Zhang_material.zip”, “ICDL21_Journal_Zhang_material.zip” or “ICDL21_Competition_Zhang_material.zip” .
  (3) Except videos, all other materials will be included in the conference booklet and shared wtih participants of ICDL 2021 or the public.
  (4) As for the videos, we would like to ask your permission to share. If you are unwilling to share your video, please clearly specify this in your Readme.txt file.

--Step-By-Step Guidelines to Submit Your Materials:

Step 1: Prepare the materials according to above requirements. For templates, please do not change the template and keep fonts and font sizes as indicated in the template.
Step 2: Name each of the required materials and then compress them into ONE file according to above rules.
Step 3: Upload the compressed file via Materials submission tool above .
